i had no idea what aimee wanted beyond a haphazard collection of rings on pinterest and some very cryptic hints about how the band should look. after only a few phone calls and emailed sketches, we had an amazing, one of a kind design. robert emerson design was particularly good at combining parts i liked from several sketches into a single ring. throughout the entire process, they made it very clear that this was my project, and that if there was anything i didn't like we would fix it. i recently went ring shopping with a good friend, and that experience felt forced and rushed. robert emerson design obviously cares about the journey and made it relaxed and enjoyable.
aimee and i were so impressed with their work and how they worked with our budget, we called them again to do our wedding bands. aimee had so much fun working with robert emerson design to design her own wedding band. they went back and forth several times trying to get the design that had its own character without detracting from the engagement ring.
